Gusto respects the privacy of users of its website and is committed to protecting their personal data. This Privacy Policy describes how users’ personal data is collected, handled, stored, and processed, in compliance with the Law for the Protection of Individuals Regarding the Processing of their Personal Data (Law No. 8968) and its Regulation.

Gusto will collect and store the following personal data:

  • Phone number (if provided).
  • Any other information provided in the contact form.

The website user and owner of the processed personal data agrees that the information provided in the contact form is current, accurate, complete, lawful, and unambiguous.

 

Purpose of Data Processing and Recipients

The processing of personal data carried out by Gusto complies with the principles of informational self-determination, informed consent, quality, timeliness, truthfulness, and accuracy established by the regulations.

By submitting the contact form, the user grants their consent for Gusto to process their personal data for the following purposes:

In the event of a security breach of the database —defined as any action that accidentally or unlawfully alters, loses, or destroys personal data— immediate corrective measures will be implemented. Additionally, the user will be notified about the incident within five (5) business days, including:

  1. Nature of the incident.
  2. Compromised personal data.
  3. Corrective actions taken.
  4. Means to obtain more information about the incident.
