Gusto respects the privacy of users of its website and is committed to protecting their personal data. In the event of a security breach of the database —defined as any action that accidentally or unlawfully alters, loses, or destroys personal data— immediate corrective measures will be implemented. Additionally, the user will be notified about the incident within five (5) business days, including:
- Nature of the incident.
- Compromised personal data.
- Corrective actions taken.
- Means to obtain more information about the incident.
